Scott Carter is the Director of Facilities at Oneida Realty Company, joining the team in July 2024. With over 20 years of experience in commercial facilities management, Scott oversees the maintenance and construction needs of over 2 million square feet of property. He holds various state licensing and certifications for commercial maintenance.

Scott coordinates and supervises all phases of building construction. He is responsible for all renovation projects to accommodate tenant and building owner’s needs. This includes project cost estimating, developing, and maintaining preventative maintenance plans and researching/incorporating all ADA specifications and fire codes throughout the tenant and building spaces. Scott also provides oversite on the programming of the HVAC automation systems. Scott enjoys working with building owners and tenants to help provide an efficient and safe working environment for all to be successful.
