A Journey Through Time: December 5, 1908

Founded by Marshal Henry Alworth on December 5th, 1908, Oneida began its journey with the acquisition of the Lonsdale Building. Soon after, we left our mark on Duluth’s skyline with the construction of the Alworth Building, which stood as the city’s tallest office building at the time, holding that distinction for over a century.

Today, we continue to grow and evolve, honoring our history while shaping the future of Duluth’s commercial real estate.

We do more than lease space; our team handles building maintenance, janitorial services, parking management, build‑outs, and more, keeping quality and service close at hand.
