Elevator Modernization Complete: A New Era for the Medical Arts Building

We’re excited to announce the successful completion of the elevator modernization project at the Medical Arts Building!

All elevator cars have been upgraded with state-of-the-art technology. The result? A smoother, safer, and more energy-efficient ride, along with improved accessibility for everyone. This project allowed us to preserve the building’s historic charm while modernizing its infrastructure to meet today’s standards.

These upgrades were designed with our tenants and visitors in mind, making every ride smoother. They also contribute to our ongoing efforts to operate more sustainably, supporting energy efficiency and improving the overall performance of the building.

As a downtown landmark for nearly a century, the Medical Arts Building continues to evolve, honoring its history while embracing the future.
