Steven LaFlamme is the President of Oneida Realty Company and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Steve has been with the company over 45 years. Steve is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Accounting. He is responsible for general oversight and administration of all the company’s property management and services activities. He is actively involved and experienced in all areas of commercial real estate management including construction, leasing, contract administration, budget and financial accounting, vendor negotiations, security and parking ramp management.

Steve is currently chair of the Minnesota Building Owners and Managers Coalition, Board member of Duluth Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Board member of the Area Partnership for Economic Expansion (APEX) and on the advisory Board of Duluth Energy. Steve was a former board member at the International level of the Building Owners and Managers Association, Board member of the Downtown Waterfront District, and former chair of the Duluth Parking Commission.
