Patricia McGaffey

Patricia McGaffey is the Vice President and Human Resources Manager for Oneida Commercial Real Estate Services. Patricia has been with the company for the past 25 years during which time she has been involved in all aspects of maintaining and running the office operations smoothly. As the company has grown Patricia has accepted and filled the company’s need for a Human Resource Manager.

Patricia is currently responsible for the screening, interviewing and hiring of all employees for all the divisions of the company. Patricia ensures that all employees are offered a pleasant and satisfying work environment while enjoying excellent job stability. Patricia implements and maintains all benefits for the companies’ 125 employees.

Patricia McGaffey is a member of the Duluth Building Owners and Managers Association and a 2015 graduate of the Duluth Chamber of Commerce – Leadership Duluth program. She is a former member of the Northland Human Resource Association.
